Dr Antonio Olivo graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Padua. In 1994 he specialized in Maxillo-Facial Surgery at the University of Verona. From 2003 to 2006, he acted as Clinical Tutor at the Chair of Special Odontostomatological Surgery. Afterward, he became a lecturer in the Master of Implantology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Dr Olivo is very active with lectures regarding prosthetic implantology, implant surgery, and implant prosthesis. Also, he gives lectures in numerous prosthetic implantology, implant surgery, and implant prosthetics courses. Additionally, it should be stressed that Dr Olivo and his colleague Dr Cappello were awarded at the Nobel Biocare World Tour for their publication on zygomatic implants in 2008. In 2012 they participated at the Copenhagen 2012 EAO Congress with a poster on zygomatic implants.

Nowadays Dr Antonio Olivo is a zygomatic implant expert and Scientific Director at Medical Center Padova, the first ZAGA Center in Italy. Dr Olivo deals mainly with prosthetic rehabilitation, aesthetic rehabilitation, oral surgery, and maxillofacial surgery. Besides, he is a certified member of the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry (ESCD), the European Association of Osseointegration (EAO), and the International Society for Maxillofacial Rehabilitation.
