CA.SA Odontologia is a zygomatic implant expert clinic located in the heart of São Paulo. The clinic became the first certified ZAGA Center in Brazil as ZAGA Center São Paulo, in April 2020. The clinic was established to pursue the dream of two experienced surgeons and friends, Drs. Guilherme Paes de Barros Carrilho and André Sakima Serrano. These days, the clinic counts with a team of specialists in oral and aesthetic rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience.

Dr André Sakima Serrano
Dr André Sakima Serrano is a zygomatic implant expert and an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is one of the owners and leading surgeons at CA.SA Odontologia. Also, he works in the leading hospitals in São Paulo and has experience in Orthognathic Surgery, TMJ Surgery, Implantology (All-on4 and Zygomatic implants), Facial Trauma, and Wisdom Teeth. To this day he has more than 15 years of experience in the rehabilitation of atrophic maxilla.
Dr Jan Peter Ilg
Dr Jan Peter Ilg is an accomplished zygomatic implant expert and one of the expert surgeons working at CA.SA Odontologia. He completed his residency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Southwestern Medical Center – the University of Texas at Dallas between 1990 and 1992. Later, he got his Master and Doctorate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at the Dentistry Faculty of Piracicaba – UNICAMP.
