Dr Jay Neugarten is a surgeon at The New York Center for Orthognathic and Maxillofacial Surgery, which is one of the first certified ZAGA Centers in the US. As for his professional background, Dr Jay Neugarten graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Afterward, he was valedictorian and received a membership in the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Later, he completed his residency at North Shore University-Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Finally, he earned also a medical degree from the Stony Brook School of Medicine.
In addition to oral and maxillofacial surgeries, Dr Neugarten also attends to patients with severe maxillary atrophy who need a zygomatic implant rehabilitation.
