Zygomatic Training Program

Day 1 - Surgery Planning
The first day begins with a welcome, introduction, and a presentation on surgical techniques, zygomatic surgery planning, and the ZAGA Concept. Participants will learn how to apply this approach to deliver patient-specific treatments that prioritize personalization and safety, and will engage in hands-on zygomatic implant placement on 3D dental patient prototypes in preparation for upcoming surgeries. The program concludes with further practical exercises and a social cocktail, with coffee and lunch breaks provided throughout the day.

Day 2-3-4 - Surgeries
The second, third, and fourth days are dedicated to the surgical placement of zygomatic implants, with procedures carried out simultaneously in two operating rooms. Participants receive full-time guidance from our certified ZAGA expert doctors and, after completing their own surgery, may observe the procedures performed by other members of their small group. They will also have access to hands-on training with patient prototypes when required. The program concludes in the afternoon, with breakfast and lunch provided at the hospital. Overall, these days provide participants with a comprehensive training experience in zygomatic implant rehabilitation.

Day 5 - Debriefing
The final day focuses on debriefing and reflection. The morning session addresses fundamental aspects of oral rehabilitation supported by zygomatic implants, followed by a coffee break. Participants then review potential complications that may arise during the rehabilitation process. After a lunch break at the hospital, the afternoon is dedicated to evaluating the patients who have been rehabilitated during the week.
