DR AMIT MISTRY

Dr Amit Mistry is an accomplished dental surgeon and a zygomatic implant expert. In particular, he works at Ascent Dental Care, a certified ZAGA Center in Tamworth, UK. 

Dr Mistry’s approach to his patients at Ascent Dental Care follows the ZAGA philosophy, always putting the well-being of his patients as a top priority.

As for Dr Mistry’s professional background, he graduated from the University of Manchester in 2001. After, he completed his professional training with the North Western Deanery. Later, he continued his post-graduate training in dental implantology in advanced and restorative cases. Finally, in 2003 he was awarded a Royal College of Surgeons Membership. 

Later on in his career, he became a senior oral surgeon and worked in the maxillofacial department at Blackburn and Manchester Dental Hospitals. Thanks to Dr Mistry’s studies and training, he managed to successfully treat various compromised cases requiring advanced surgical procedures. 

In addition to his work, Dr. Amit Mistry dedicates his time to teaching and lecturing at some of the UK’s best-known implant post-graduate courses. Specifically, his hands-on training helps other surgeons to specialize in zygomatic implants, thanks to advanced surgical and prosthetic techniques. 

Furthermore, Dr. Amit Mistry is also keen on always keeping up to date with the newest methods while embracing new technologies. Besides, Amit is a renowned and experienced mentor for Nobel Biocare. Finally, he cooperates with the Association of Dental Implantology UK (ADI) and provides support to dentists who work with dental implants.
