DR MAX MILLER

“I joined ZAGA Centers to collaborate in advancing zygomatic implantology through shared knowledge and innovation.”

With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Max Miller has established himself as one of the leading figures in the field. As an accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the ZAGA Center Trois-Rivières, Dr. Miller’s journey in dentistry is marked by relentless dedication and a patient-centric approach, particularly in the field of zygomatic implants.

Dr. Miller started his academic journey at the Université de Montréal, where he completed his dental degree in 1990. He followed his studies with a comprehensive residency in dentistry at Laval University in 1991. His specialization in oral surgery and maxillofacial was pursued at Université Laval and Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus from 1992 to 1996, supplemented by a research stint at the Chicago Hines VA Hospital.

Dr. Miller reinforced his professional credentials by joining the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 1997 and becoming a fellow at the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS) in 1999. In 2006, he co-founded The Maxillo-Mauricie Clinic and has been practicing there since today.

While Dr. Miller’s expertise encompasses implant dentistry, trauma, and orthognathic surgery, his pioneering work in zygomatic implants is particularly imposing. His interest in zygomatic rehabilitation was motivated by the challenges and limitations associated with extensive bone grafting. Dr. Max Miller states that his exploration and adoption of the ZAGA Philosophy marked a pivotal moment in his career.

“The transition to the ZAGA method was a critical decision in my practice, driven by the need to reduce complications commonly associated with traditional approaches,” Dr. Miller states.

Dr. Miller’s involvement with the ZAGA Centers underscores his commitment to advancing the field through collaborative efforts and scientific exchange.
