Scientific Journal, 2026
Influence of daily clinical practice on your capacity to write a scientific publication
You*, Your Colleague, Your Dental Technician, Your Prosthodontist
*First author affiliation: ZAGA Center — your clinic
ABSTRACT
We studied 200 clinicians who fully intended to publish, right after this next patient. Time-to-first-draft approached infinity. Turns out the atrophic maxilla is easier to fix than a clinician’s evening schedule — which is exactly why this program exists.
You have the cases.
We help you publish them.
Many Centers have excellent cases and data but no time — or no in-house academic support — to write them up. The Scientific Publication Support Program gives you qualified medical writers and the backing of ZAGA HQ, from the first idea to journal acceptance.
You stay in control at every step: you define the scope, you choose your writer, and you approve the manuscript before it is submitted under your Center’s name.
Support scoped to what you actually need
Each project is scoped to the Center. Depending on your brief, a project can include any combination of the following.
Study Design
Defining the research question, methodology, and the data to be collected for prospective or structured work.
Data analysis
Organizing and analyzing your clinical data, including statistical analysis when the study requires it.
Scientific writing
Full writing and scientific structuring of case reports, case series, and studies in publication-quality English.
Journal selection
Targeting the right peer-reviewed journal for your material and your Center’s goals.
Formatting
Preparing the manuscript precisely to the target journal’s author guidelines.
Submission
Managing the journal submission process on your behalf end-to-end.
Peer-review support
Help drafting clear, complete responses to reviewers through to the final decision.
Written by experienced medical writers
Your manuscript is written by a qualified medical writer — never by AI.
The program currently works with two independent medical writers, and you choose the one you prefer.
Dr. Medha Gupta
Medical Writer
Dr. Medha Gupta is a dental surgeon with 6 years of clinical experience and 3+ years as a medical communications expert in medical writing, healthcare marketing, and dental advisory. She specializes in translating complex clinical and business data into clear, compelling, regulatory-compliant scientific content for journals, professionals, and industry stakeholders. Her background spans prosthodontics, implantology, and dental advisory work, as well as collaboration with key opinion leaders on industry surveys and publications. She has led content development and managed MedComms teams, bringing both clinical insight and publishing rigor to every manuscript.
Dr. Marta Pulido
Medical Writer
Dr. Marta Pulido holds an MD and PhD from the University of Barcelona, with postgraduate training as a medical editor at the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, USA) and certification from the American Medical Writers Association. She has authored 67 papers in indexed journals, translated reference works on scientific writing, and written the first Spanish/English e-book on publishing in high-impact biomedical journals. A university lecturer in scientific communication since 2006, she has delivered 250+ courses on medical publishing and served 14 years as a medical-editing consultant at IMIM–Hospital del Mar. She is a member of three Royal Academies of Medicine and works as an independent medical editor in Barcelona.
From your experience to journal submission
A clear, five-step process. You decide the scope and the writer; ZAGA HQ coordinates everything in between.
1
Tell us about your idea
Share your case or study and what you’d like to publish.
2
We prepare a brief
Together we define the scope: design, analysis, writing, submission.
3
You receive two quotes
Two medical writers quote the same brief. You choose your preferred writer.
4
Your writer develops it
The manuscript is written and revised with you until you approve it.
5
We submit & support
We submit to the target journal and support you through peer review.
Strategic and high-impact submissions may also receive a final review by Carlos Aparicio, MD, DDS, MSc, MSc, DLT, PhD.

Written by humans, not by AI.
Our credibility depends on this being explicit — so we state it plainly. This is a human authorship service, from the first sentence to the final revision.
- AI is not used to write. Every manuscript, section, and narrative is produced by our qualified medical writers.
- Any AI-assisted data analysis is disclosed. If AI is ever used to help analyze data, it is fully disclosed to you and in the manuscript, and every result is independently double-checked.
- Journal & ICMJE compliant. All work follows the target journal's authorship and AI policies. AI is never listed as an author.
- Your data stays confidential. Patient anonymity is maintained throughout; data is shared only as needed to complete the agreed scope.
