Dr. Zahi Khouri is a highly trained Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with dual degrees in Medicine and Dentistry. He earned his dental degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand and his medical degree from the University of Adelaide in South Australia.

Following his medical and dental studies, he completed advanced surgical training in Adelaide, South Australia, specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

He is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a medical and dental surgical specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Khouri has also completed additional postgraduate training internationally, gaining extensive surgical experience in the United Kingdom, United States, South America, and New Zealand. With over 15 years of experience, he has practiced the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, treating a wide range of complex cases.

Dr. Khouri previously served as a Visiting Specialist OMS Consultant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Adelaide Dental Hospital, where he was actively involved in teaching and research. Today, he dedicates his expertise exclusively to his referral-based private practice, Adelaide MaxFax, providing specialized oral and maxillofacial surgical care.
