DR MIGUEL MOURA GONÇALVES​

Professor Dr Miguel Moura Gonçalves is a professional dentist and orthodontist, and a zygomatic implant expert. He is the medical director at ZAGA Center Visages in Viseu, Portugal. Thanks to his work ethic and approach, Dr Gonçalves works in full compliance with the ZAGA philosophy and is dedicated to giving the best care possible to his patients. 

As for his professional background, Dr Gonçalves graduated from the University of Coimbra at the Faculty of Medicine, and he specialized in stomatology at the University “Pierre et Marie Curie,” Paris VI, in France. He also gained valuable knowledge in advanced dentistry thanks to his studies in France, Chile, and the USA. Besides, he achieved a postgraduate degree in Orthodontics from the University of Paris VII in addition to his specialization in orthodontics at the University of Oviedo.

Moreover, Dr Miguel Moura Gonçalves is a renowned teacher and lecturer. He taught orthodontics classes in the Dental Medicine course at the UCP Viseu from 2003 to 2007. These days, he lectures at congresses and scientific events. Together with his profession as a dentist and lecturer, he is also a member of the SPODF, Portuguese Society of Dentofacial Orthopedics, SFODF – French Society of Dentofacial Orthopedics, SPDOF – Portuguese Society of Temperomandibular Dysfunction and Facial Pain, and EAO – European Association of Osteointegration.
